Marshall Islands Declares World’s Largest Shark Sanctuary

The Republic of the Marshall Islands has recently been announced as the home of world’s biggest shark sanctuary by Pew Environment Group. The world’s biggest sanctuary covers about 768,547 square miles, which is roughly the same size as Indonesia, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia, and about 8 times larger than England.
